Monotonous diets

It is not uncommon at the beginning of a diet for you to focus on eating only particular kinds of foods and neglecting all others. Some people might only eat vegetables, proteins, or carbohydrates and avoid other groups of food. These are supposed to help you lose weight in as little as seven days. However, these diets are not only hard to stick to, but they also lack other important nutrients.
Celebrities such as Sarah Michelle and Adriana Lima are endorsers of these diets. What they do not tell you is just how dangerous a monotonous diet is. You might lose interest in eating, feel demotivated, develop intolerance to other foods or even develop diseases associated with nutrient deficiencies.
